We only stayed for 1 night at this hotel. The staff were wonderful. The hotel is in a great location. It’s nicely decorated. However the bed is like sleeping on a tabletop. It’s so hard. And the plastic sheeting most French hotels are unsung now is so uncomfortable to sleep on. We paid an extortionate rate due to the Grand Prix weekend. This would have been acceptable if the bed at least was comfortable. We would consider returning due to the location and very friendly and helpful staff. But unfortunately won’t return due to the beds.

Good stay. Lobby was under renovation which we didn’t realize upon booking. Bed was 4/5. Balcony with sea view was gorgeous! Staff were very friendly. Good location if you want to hang out in old Nice. 20 min walk from Nice-Ville train station. Only problem is that Nice seems to have outdoor concerts on the weekends that go until 1am - and they’re right outside this hotel. We were not here to party… so going to sleep at 11pm was nearly impossible.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and has a good view of the ocean. One thing though is that there is only one elevator and it is slow.

The hotel was next to a large park. On three consecutive evenings in was full of hundreds of young people attending some kind of "music" festival - extremely loud noise - that closed down at 11.30 p.m. We and other guests were appalled at the disruption to rest, especially having just arrived from a tiring flight. We had a room with a balcony. This was minute and contained a table and two chairs. The chairs were at a crazy angle to fit them in. We never sat out there. The sink had plumbing problems and the bathroom door could not be closed without putting your back into the operation. On the plus side we were very impressed with the breakfasts and the kind staff who served them. In all we cannot recommend this hotel. A very large hotel opposite whose guests would also have experienced the same overwhelming noise had a minimum overnight price of 1000 euros. The noise even resumed on and off in daylight hours. First off, this hotel is undergoing a major renovation, so first impressions of the outside can be a bit off-putting. But wait! The rooms have undergone a complete makeover and are very attractive. There are comfortable beds, pleasant updated decor and lighting, and new drapery on the windows and a small French balcony! The bathrooms are sparkling clean with rainfall showers. And rooms are a good size with room to move around. The hallways have also been updated The staff at the hotel was very accommodating and pleasant and always available to offer directions or other useful information. The hotel is in a very good location, as it is right across from the beach and promenade and around the corner from the Old Town, where there are many good restaurants to choose from. There is also a market in the Old Town most days selling flowers, all kinds of fruit and produce, delicious pastries, native food specialties, tourist souvenirs, you name it! An interesting place to walk around and take it all in! I think this hotel is an excellent choice based on location, service and price range! Enjoy Nice and the Riviera!

Probably the best location you can get in Nice for a fantastic price. The rooms are a good size for being in the city and they are super stylish and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to visit Nice.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The room design was modern with a very French touch—stylish and cozy. We booked a sea view room, and it was absolutely worth it. The view was stunning, and for the price, it’s one of the best values in town for that kind of view. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The check-in area is pretty small, so you might find yourself squeezing past people coming or going, but it’s not a big deal. There are two things we wanted to point out: First, the WiFi was very unstable. We were on the 5th floor and barely had any internet connection most of the time. If you’re relying on WiFi and not using mobile data, this could be frustrating—maybe lower floors have better signal. Second, the A/C wasn’t turned on during our stay (mid-April). We were told it’s shut off during the winter months. It was rainy but still felt warm without A/C, so we had to sleep with the balcony door open, which let in a bit of street noise. The hotel is right next to the Albert 1er Garden, which often hosts events—there was a vintage car show while we were there, for example. That said, the location is unbeatable. The beach is less than a minute’s walk, there are tons of restaurants and shops nearby, and there’s even a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Super convenient! Overall, a great experience with beautiful views and a fantastic location—just a couple things to keep in mind if you’re planning to stay here.

A great, affordable option in the city. So many dining options are available within walking distance and the market is just a few minutes away. Unfortunately. The hotel is going through refurbishment when we stayed, and the front desk was literally under the staircase. We had to lug the suitcases for several steps to get to the elevator. Our room was facing the street and it could get pretty hot during the day, but the air conditioner was not working yet probably because it was still in April. Overall, however, it was a good place for a few days. The hotel staff were very helpful.
