The location is great—close to the beach, museums, public transport, and the train station. The AC worked well, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was genuinely kind and helpful. They even provide beach towels, which is a nice touch (though they could use replacing). That said, the hotel needs a facelift. Our first room smelled strongly of mold; the second was better, but still not great. The carpets hadn’t been well cleaned, we saw bugs, and the sink water had a sewage smell. Bathrooms were extremely cramped. With some updates, this could be a much better stay

Es waren hervorragend 7 Nächte und Tage in Nice. Der Service war top. Das einzige was man bemängeln könnte ist, dass die Zimmer sehr hellhörig waren man konnte alles von den Nachbarn hören. Tolle Aussicht auf die Umgebung

Located 8 minutes walk from gare de Nice. Great roof top terrace. Confortable bed and friendly staff. Room was clean and had all I needed just not the wifi be sure to ask they forget to tell me and I didn’t ask. Stayed for 2 nights only. Doors are extremely loud when closing and opening, it’s heavy and slams which woke me up from the neighbour. Other than that no other noise detected. A pleasant stay.

Basic hotel, but with nice touches - welcome chocolates and free tea/coffee/croissants in the afternoon. Staff very friendly and helpful. The area it’s in is slightly run down, but you’re very near the main high street etc. Would recommend

Hotel was a 5 minute walk from the train station. Neighborhood did not feel safe so we always came back before dark. Staff was friendly. We were given a great recommendation to eat close by the staff “Cote burger”. Rooftop at the hotel had amazing views. We had our dinner there every night. Wifi was terrible. Overall not too shabby.

Hôtel très bien situé : à 10 min à pied de la gare et proche des grandes boutiques et autres points d'intérêt de la ville. Personnel très aimable. Chambre grande et spacieuse avec WC séparés des douches. Remontées d'odeurs d'égouts de douche. Légère fuite en bas de la douche. Literie bof. La vaisselle pas toujours bien nettoyée.

Hotelli yrittää kovasti panostaa, on perus siisti ja aamupala tarjolla. Asiakaspalvelu on ystävällistä. Mutta Hotelli on ahtaampi kun mitä kuvista voisi päättää. Vastaanotossa kehnot odotustilat. Ainoa yhteinen tila on kattoterassi. Huoneen kuvista ei jäänyt vaikutusta että terassi on yhteinen oleskelutila. Aamupala oli ahtaisiin tiloihin saatu hienosti mahtumaan. Lämmintä ruoka ei kuitenkaan aamupalalla ole. Lämmitysmahdollisuus kuiteinkin löytyy. (Kanamunat pitää keittää itse ☺️) Standard huone on kovin ahdas, ei kunnon pöydätaso mihin laitta tavara kädestä, epäkäytännöllinen säilytystiloilta ja vaikka luvataan äänieristetty huoneita niin huoneen ovessa ei ole mitään äänieristystä. Jokaisen naapurin oven avaus kuulosti kuin joku olisi astunut huoneseen. Erittäin huonot yöunet 😔 Mutta kompakti ja ihan ok lyhyeen majoitukseen.

Great Choice for the Price

Nice hotel close to train and convenient (15 minutes) to old town and beach. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Very good breakfast with lots of options. Room was clean and large enough for a couple. Shower cabinet is a little tight.

I had to be at the airport at 4 am so they specially opened the breakfast area which allowed us a quick snack before heading to the airport. They also called us a cab for the airport transfer. Location only 10 Min walk to train station.

Gute Zimmer, zentrale Lage

Schönes Zimmer, nicht groß, aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ok. Man hört die Geräusche von draußen von der Straße, wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, lieber Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen. Ich war aber eher überrascht, dass relativ wenig auf den Straßen los war. Der Früsthücksraum ist leider zu klein, zur Stoßzeit stand man sich gegenseitig im Weg und es waren alle Tische besetzt. Frühstücksauwahl aber sehr gut.

Séjour 1 nuit

Personnel dynamique, très accueillant, sympathique et disponible. L'hôtel est propre, les chambres sont agréables et confortables. L'hôtel est très bien situé, parking Notre Dame à moins de 5 mn à pieds et 10 mn du vieux Nice. Nous sommes venus en famille avec notre petit chien. Notre fille a trouvé des petites attentions dans la chambre et il y avait une gamelle, un plaid et des croquettes pour notre chien. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, beaucoup de choix sucré/salé, nous avons très bien mangé et le personnel est présent pour le réapprovisionnement même pendant le rush. Très bonne expérience, nous conseillons vivement.
