The Palm was a wonderful place to stay during my extended vacation in Nice. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was light and cheery and housekeeping did a great job every day. The location is walking distance from a large number of restaurants, shopping, old town and even the train station. I would 100 percent choose to stay there again when visiting Nice.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the area. The room was nice and comfortable, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. However, it was a bit noisy at times, as sounds from closing doors in nearby rooms could be heard. Overall, a good choice if you’re looking for convenience and comfort, but light sleepers might want to bring earplugs!

We spent 10 nights in the family suite and had a fantastic stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly and provided helpful recommendations for sightseeing and dining. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The highlight was the expansive private patio, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the promenade, Old Town, and the train station. We would happily recommend this hotel to friends.

The Palm was exactly what we were looking for. It is a recently renovated, clean and modern boutique hotel that is within a short walk of most of the sites in Nice. The staff was very helpful, and the cost was very reasonable compared to all of the high-end hotels in the city. We used the palm as a base from which we took tours of Monte Carlo, Eze,Entibes, Cannes and several medieval villages in the area.

A nice little place with warm and helpful staff. It is brilliantly located close to everything in the centre - the promenade des anglais, the old quarter, the cathedral etc. We'd go back for sure.

This is a lovely property just steps away from restaurants, shopping, cultural attractions and the beach. The staff were helpful and accommodating. We had the breakfast one day and it was good. It is quiet even though in heart of Nice. Short walk to train station even with luggage. Enjoyed our stay!

Nicolas and the receptionists were kind and very helpful…not just in terms of the hotel, but also for our day trips and any other tips we needed during our week in beautiful Nice. The hotel is charming, and the neighborhood gives you easy access on foot to restaurants and cafés (Café Elli is right across the street!), the promenade, and the old town. I highly recommend the Palm Boutique Hôtel and look forward to staying there the next time we are in Nice!

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Palm Hotel. We thought everything was clean, cute, and was in a very walkable area! We walked to and from the train station and down the promenade. Also very close to the tram. Would stay again!

Only complaint was that the room was super small. Owner was very nice (even when telling us he received a noise complaint about us). Overall enjoyed the walkability of the neighborhood and the room had what we needed so it was perfectly fine. Bonus that the AC kept the room cool and the property felt very safe and secure.
