Due to the Covid, even more special attention will be paid before your arrival; use of bleach, household alcohol and Marseille soap for the whole apartment, furniture and utensils. The household linen is washed at 60 ° C. Hydro-alcoholic gel will be provided .

air-conditioned apartment of 42m2, is located on the famous Promenade des Anglais, on the 6th floor of a residence with lift.
Upon entering the apartment you will enjoy the fantastic views of one of the most beautiful bays of the World and like the balcony that opens to the Mediterranean

Inside, to better accommodate you, all the equipment is new, leather couch was facing the sunrise and the queen size bed (160x200) faces the horizon.

Internet connection and connected TV HD will allow you to access your Netflix account, Facebook, Youtube, etc, of course, you can also connect your mobile devices.

We offer you a small safe for your valuables.

Since the airport Nice Côte d'Azur you can reach the apartment with the Tram (stop Carras/Promenade) on foot, a first stroll along the seafront in about 30 minutes or by taxi.

If you arrive by train, Gare de Nice - St Augustin is the closest, about twenty minutes.

If you arrive by car, you can park the car on a few free spots in the street behind the apartment. Otherwise, you can park in the "parking public des Bosquets" 400m from the apartment (fees upon request).

From either side, you will find bus stops and station "self-blue" (electric car rental and private recharging).

Station 'blue bikes' 30 meters (bike rental free 30 minutes and 1 € / hour), bike path along the Promenade des Anglais.
Jet Ski rental 400 meters.

"Feet in the water," you will enjoy the beach, even "out of season".

With access facilities, our apartment is also an ideal starting point to discover Nice, a capital with a rich cultural heritage and colorful history but also, Monaco, Cannes, the "perched villages" and the beautiful landscapes of this beautiful region, full of events and festivals throughout the year.

If you wish, we can give you our advice in planning your stay on the French Riviera and even put you in touch with an authorized regional guide.

Shops and restaurants are nearby, in the street behind the complex: many shops, including a supermarket open 7/7, several good bakeries and all useful services, banks, post office, pharmacy, ...
Not far away is the fishing Carras Market.

On your request, we will be happy to show you the typical local addresses to taste the culinary specialties of Nice (pan bagnat, ravioli, socca, pissaladière, etc.).

To allow you to travel light, we will provide linens, bath and beach towels, soap, shower gel and tea and capsules for the Nespresso machine, what else; -) .....

Beautiful Views & Excellent Base for Exploring Nice
My daughter and I loved the views from this apartment in Nice. Check in is easy; using the tram is easy. There are great restaurants in the neighborhood and grocery stores a few minutes' walk away. The hosts are easy to reach and very helpful. It's a wonderful stay for the price. The views are spectacular. The building is a little worn, but the apartment itself is nice. We did not spend a lot of time in the room. It makes a super base for exploring the area.

6th floor, fabulous views from the bed and balcony. Spacious apartment. Everything we needed. Tram nearby. Supermarket around the corner. Waterfront across the road. Nice walk to town. Not far from airport. Exactly what I’d hoped it would be. We kid stay there again.

Beautiful Seaside Apartment!
We loved our stay here. Our hosts were so easy to communicate with through WhatsApp and the VRBO app and they were so kind upon arrival. Whenever we weren’t at the beach right outside we spent so much time on the balcony looking at the gorgeous view!

This apartment in Nice is truly a perfect place to experience the city. You have an unbeatable ocean view with a 5 minute walk to a public beach and you are located right next to the airport and a tram line that goes straight downtown. It was a perfect way to experience all the city has to offer.

Absolutely a wonderful experience. Our host was so wonderful and very accommodating. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Everything was in order, clean and well equipped for our needs. The view from the balcony is amazing, the location is great with the beach, bakery, grocery and sights within walking distance. The apartment is well stocked. Would advise to clean grout in shower and have beach towels. Overall amazing three days!

Incredible View & Beautifully Appointed Apartment
Valerie & Philippe were absolutely wonderful hosts and their apartment was perfectly appointed for our trip and needs. They have everything you need in the apartment, including chairs, beach towels and an umbrella for the beach, a washing machine should you need it and we were greeted with champagne and a lovely tour of the apartment when we arrived. Worth mentioning, the water pressure in the shower was so nice! Valerie was so kind to continue to give us suggestions when we reached out for taxi services during our stay. Very responsive and very sweet. There is a bus stop directly in front of the apartment and the tram runs behind the building with a stop just about a block away. We had a car but often opted to hop on the tram for convenience to get into downtown! What a wonderful stay, oh and did I mention the view? It was breathtaking. Our stay was wonderful and the hosts were so hospitable. Highly recommend this piece of paradise! Thank you for sharing it!

Prachtig appartement met geweldig uitzicht
De host Valérie communiceerde snel en behulpzaam. Appartement was super schoon, uitstekend tweepersoonsbed bed, prima airconditioning, veilig op de 6e etage. De keuken was zeer compleet, vaatwasser, wasmachine, combi-magnetron en werkelijk alles was er om zelf te bakken/koken. Zout peper heerlijke olijfolies basilicum azijn allerlei kruiden thee koffie shampoo zeep wasmiddel etc etc. Zo compleet hebben we het nog niet eerder meegemaakt. Waarde Valérie, zeer bedankt 🙏.

Clean and tidy apartment with all necessities, located about 10 minutes with tram from the city center. Tram located a few minutes walk away, departures every 4-5 min. Bus stop outside the door with departures every 12-15 min.

Perfection
We loved our stay on the Promenade des Anglais! A few miles from the busy downtown, but the tram and bus are so easy to use. You feel like you are right downtown but can go back to the apartment and its beach to get away from the crowds too. The apartment is beautiful. Valerie is helpful and easy to reach. Nice is the perfect home base for touring the Côte d’Azur!

Spacious apartment with incredible views.
We had the perfect stay in this spotlessly clean apartment right on the sea front, only 2mins walk to the tram stop. Valérie was there to welcome us upon arrival and had put a bottle of champagne in the fridge for us to enjoy. Well stocked kitchen with Nespresso machine and capsules included, we felt spoilt! Very easy to visit all the beautiful places along the coast from here using public transport. In all a highly recommended property hosted by a lovely lady! Thank you.
