The room was very clean & had nice modern decor. The beds were above average. I slept like a baby. My only gripe was that before check-in I sat in the lobby waiting for my husband to come out of the restroom & the front desk guy on the screen kept asking me if he could help me as though I was loitering or a vagrant which I did not appreciate.

The front lobby area was horribly warm. My elderly mother and I stayed there for three nights, and on the second day, the elevator broke down. My mother had to climb up and down the stairs several times, and I had to carry several bags of luggage downstairs.

Our room was fine, except had a bit of a dog smell to it... Just a kiosk for the front desk check in, no person, but the person through the kiosk was very polite. The live staff person we did encounter in the morning was rude. Also, the pullout bed we needed had no bedding in the room and we couldn't find a live person to help us get any that evening (before 9pm), so we bought a blanket and pillow at a store so my son could just sleep on the couch. Would not return to this location.

Would not recommend this stay at all. The place was like a ghost town. No staff anywhere. The check-in kiosk was ok, just weird. The room was dirty. Multiple stains on sheets, floor, pillows, and walls, dirty bathroom including roach traps. Basically felt like I was in a trap house. I didn’t even stay the night. Def not worth an extra $100 convince fee, which I’m still waiting on but doubt I will receive it back.

i didn't like the atm front desk experience. although there were washer/dryer there was no card or mobile paying option and there wasnt anyone at the front desk to get quarters from... not very convenient for that reason. The vending company has not filled the machine in a very long time. only the bottom row has vending options. Breakfast was tasty.. But hours need to be 1 hour longer.

Breakfast was closed when it said it would be open by 6am on a Monday morning. Stain on the top sheet hope it was washed. One of the side doors didn’t have a handle on it and didn’t seem to be locked from the outside. Didn’t feel very secure. There was never a front desk employee durin your stay.

The property had a video reception. Every thing smelled good, seemed clean, almost too quiet, but the breakfast room was devoid of anything but neon cereal and waffle station. The expected hot and cold food storage, but no hot food and only a few yogurts in the cold case. No attendant, no way to summon anyone. Reporting at vid desk did nothing. If it hadn't been so close to where we were visiting, I'd left. But it was clean & quiet!
