Kiosk check-in/checkout. Front doors to US19 stayed open all night. Towels yellow, stains on comforter, limited breakfast with mold on bread(have a picture if needed). Stay Not recommended even for an overnight. Would like refund!

Breakfast was closed when it said it would be open by 6am on a Monday morning. Stain on the top sheet hope it was washed. One of the side doors didn’t have a handle on it and didn’t seem to be locked from the outside. Didn’t feel very secure. There was never a front desk employee durin your stay.

The property had a video reception. Every thing smelled good, seemed clean, almost too quiet, but the breakfast room was devoid of anything but neon cereal and waffle station. The expected hot and cold food storage, but no hot food and only a few yogurts in the cold case. No attendant, no way to summon anyone. Reporting at vid desk did nothing. If it hadn't been so close to where we were visiting, I'd left. But it was clean & quiet!

We were there for 1 night, I changed for 2 other rooms amount was almost $500. I was very up set.The hotel tried to say that it was my bank or expedia that changed me. For a couple of days, I was refunded some of my money. I had to get expedia involved because the hotel kept making excuses on what happened. And when expedia called, involved, the manager stated again refunded the money, I was still miss another refunded and then the excuses came off no it's your bank no it's Expedia you need to talk to them. They finally, after multiple calls for me & and expedia, the hotel refunded the miss money they owed me. If I ever go back to Destin, I will never use that hotel or that type of hotel because you don't charge people for two rooms and deny that they didn't even charge you absolutely terrible.

The rooms where decent and clean, the TV sucks doesnt even have netflix, the guest rest room in the lobby was nasty, i didnt have room service in my room when i needed it after asking 3 times, for a vaccume, and offered to vacuum the floors my self, i had a baby and after a mess is made i needed to make the environment clean, all there was was a virtual assistant and no real human to give me a vacuum to clean up the mess in the floor , and we had to stay in a messy room the whole day into the next when i had to check out. Over all i didnt like that experience, the Virtual Thing is NOT WORKING !!! Bring back real humans to work.

Horrible check in, had to do it all through a virtual assistant since there was no staff on duty..they wanted an extra $100 cash deposit for "incidentals" that was not mentioned anywhere beforehand. Took 15-20 minutes arguing with a person on a machine to get this resolved. Room was dirty, blankets were dirty on the bed and loaded with stains..disgusting. AC unit sounded like it was falling apart all night long, so loud it would wake you up every few minutes when it tried to cool the room off poorly, and guess what.. no staff on duty to complain to.... Will not stay here again
