“I found out two days before our stay that the home was double booked on the last day of our visit. I texted with the owner several times and she decided that she was going to honor the other persons booking. I had to find another home for our last night, which was costly as a last minute booking. When we arrived on our first day, the owner was present and said the cleaner did not show up, so we had to wait until 5:30 to check in.
