“Nice location. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything. We didn’t use the bus system but I did notice a stop at the corner. Garage was clean and easily fit one mid size suv and one small crossover. There is extra parking just adjacent to the driveway if you had extra vehicles. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Beds were nice. All linens were high quality. Plenty of extra towels and blankets. We didn’t prepare any meals, but the kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes, pans, and……

“We stayed here for graduation weekend! Great location, walkable to downtown and campus. Very clean and perfect for the occasion. A couple recommendations for the accommodations-a lamp for the bedside tables, a full length mirror somewhere in the house, a couple more chairs in the living area for sitting, a couch that wasn’t so low to the ground and a couple chairs on the front porch to enjoy outdoors when nice. But would definitely stay here again when we are in town!”

“Came to Iowa City with friends and family to visit our daughter at the University and see a football game. We could not have picked a better place. First the communication with the host was great. So easy to check in and not a lot asked for check out. Very clean. Everything looks new. Lot of inside space and a awesome fenced in back yard. Nice quiet neighborhood. And the location was perfect. Short drive to the campus and football stadium. Even a grocery store at the end of the street.……
