“We were in Conway for our student's graduation from CCU and had our family at the house. Everything was fantastic - location to downtown Conway, great neighborhood for walks, amenities at the house and the house set up. The back porch was perfect for having coffee in the morning and the round table in the dining room was great for card games. Overall, a really great stay.”

“We took 20 ladies with us on this trip. We absolutely loved the kitchen and the open floor plan with the living room. The pool was nice to sit around for a couple of hours as well. We didn't have a lot from the conference that we attended, or we would have made use of the pickleball court as well. Lots to do to keep you entertained. ”

“Everything you need and just comfy cozy. The owner checked with us to see if we needed anything and was very welcoming. Loved the location and spaciousness of the house. Will definitely stay here again when back in the area. ”

“Clean and just what we needed”

“This was a very nice house but not 5 stars, if it was more then just the wife and I the living room furniture was very uncomfortable and room for only 3 people. The dining room chairs were ready to fall apart, almost no hot water we had to let the shower run for 8 to 10 minutes to warm up and non of the sinks ever got hot but that was not bad. we would go back I don't think so I would try another house in the area for the price point we had. ”

“The title of the property led me to expect more. Instead the carpets were badly stained, the kitchen chair seats were worn so thin they wouldn't support your weight, the kitchenware was a miss-mash of plates, bowls and various cutlery. We arrived late, near dark, and had no instructions as to where to find the operable entry door and keypad. Laundry room was in an unmarked closet down the hall. And the dumpster out back was overflowing for 3 of our 6 day stay.”
