“We stayed at Dawg Manor while in town for a work conference. The property is in a great location that is convenient to town and has a beautiful view from the back deck. The home was spotless and inviting upon arrival. The host promptly responded and graciously returned an item left behind free of charge. We highly recommend this location and would stay again when we return for future conferences. ”

“Perfect location for my quick overnight. Know Athens well as previous resident. Great privacy, location a quick walk or uber and snap you’re downtown/Sanford Stadium. Super easy to find, you feel like you’re in the woods with all the evergreens/green vegetation. Clean, equipped with what you need for overnight or longer stay. Location awesome for college campus/downtown you name it.”

Great, quiet neighborhood. Convenient location, 1-2 miles from most everything you would want to do in Athens. Easy communication with property owner. Would rent this house again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!”
