"Sehr schöne Lage, gut ausgestattete großzügige Fe-Wo. Vermieter wohnen oben drüber und sind freundlich (hatten kaum Kontakt). Man hat von oben durchaus mit Alltagsgeräuschen (2 Kinder) zu rechnen, aber noch im Rahmen. Gerne gewußt hätten wir allerdings vorher, dass links und rechts auf den Nachbargrundstücken ..."
