“The room I got was on the first floor facing the street. The soundproofing is terrible; I didn't sleep well for my entire stay. There's a pub just across the street, so if you stay during the weekend, you can hear people talking loudly there. There's also a weird smell in the hotel, like cheap perfume, which isn't a postive feeling. The room is very old; my desk is actually broken. The location is good and easy to access everywhere. I asked to change rooms after two nights of no sleep but was……

“我們住在有兩個房間及客廳餐廳加廚房的小公寓、 客廳餐廳都蠻大的，廚房的設備也都蠻好的應有盡有。 只是房間非常的小但是床還蠻好睡的一切都很好！只是洗衣機壞掉了 ！以這樣的價位在市中心到哪裡都很方便 大家都住得蠻開心的！”

“將到聖誕節，來這個地方最適合，環境好氣氛好。 晚上洗澡中途沒有熱水，找接待說是系統問題，要等2小時才再有熱水，幸好鄰近有空房借用洗澡，非常狼狽。”

“The check in staff are friendly and helpful. Nice location near the main station. Room with kitchen stuffs. We booked the room during Xmas period which is a bit expensive than expected, overall is good.”

“Excellent studio suite that was spacious & clean. Considering we are right by the busy Place Kleber we did not hear anything from outside. Staff and amenities are fantastic ”
