“Power and internet issues”

“This is a SHARED apartment. If your not comfortable with sharing a house with strangers i would not recommend. The distribution states it will be just you but its not. Overall the place looks just like the pictures. The location is perfect on the island. The room was cozy. The walls are thin my husband had to tell the others to keep it down on multiple occasions, they did comply. The rooftop was amazing and great for pictures. The property manager lives onsite he was great and he responded……

“We had a great stay. Nicholas and the attendants were extremely helpful. The home was clean with all the necessary amenities. There was always light and water. Nicholas was always available when we needed him regardless of the time.”

“This apartment did NOT provide 24 hour electricity as indicated which of course impacts lights, hot water, WIFI & ability to even watch TV. I communicated with the host several times about the issue but there wasn't one day when the electricity did not go out. On the last night, it was incredibly hot inside the apartment due to no power. I had to contact VRBO for assistance to contact the host. As a result, she provided another apartment for us to sleep but we had to leave in the dead of night……
