“We had an amazing 4-night stay at this gorgeous house ! It's super spacious, clean, and stylishly furnished. The kitchen and laundry room are fully equipped, and the commercial freezer was a lifesaver. However, it would be awesome to have another shower. Also, the loft in one bedroom can be a bit tricky to access especially for adults.”

“A cozy cabin with all the essentials but running water AKA Dry. Comfortable queen bed, pull out couch and a loft with couple of coats which we did not need or used. Small fridge and microwave. Chuck had a freezer in the cabin and allowed us to store our salmon during the stay. Chuck and Dorothy were gracious in setting up a propane cook top outside and also provided a pot, pan, dishes and cutlery which were perfect for the two of us making breakfast and dinner. Soldotna was only 18 minutes by……

“Very comfortable house. Owners were attentive if we had any questions, but otherwise gave us our space. Very convenient location! We made use of the hot tub and fire pit. Lots of covered space to keep shoes, waders, boots, poles, etc. WiFi worked well.”

“Everything from the home itself to the responsiveness of the property owner was 5 stars! I would give 6 stars if able. The Silver Salmon Lodge is the perfect space for an Alaskan get away. The home was clean and cozy. It is close to anything you need in Sterling/Soldotna and a perfect midpoint if you are trying to enjoy Homer and Seward. The freezer was a big plus for keeping our fish frozen from the beginning to the end of the trip. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to Alaska!”

“We visited Kenai to help out with a space camp field trip . Great location, near the school and safe neighborhood. Check in process was easy and rental had plenty of bedding options, laundry machines, and kid things (high chair/kid bedding) to make a family visit easier. Highly recommend. ”
