“Es war wieder ein sehr schöner Winterurlaub in der Hohen Tatra. Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage (mitten im Ort, dicht am Skigebiet und am gut sortierten Supermarkt). Die Appartements sind groß, gut ausgesrattet und teilweise mit Balkon; wenn auch so langsam der Zahn der Zeit an vielen Ecken der Einrichtung nagt. “We got an apartment to be able to go to ski to many close by parks. It was very convenient and fully equipped. The 2 people at front desk we SUPER FRIENDLY and helpful. A superb customer service. Would certainly stay there again”

“Very clean accommodation and had everything we needed while staying there. Plenty of wardrobe space, the bed was very comfortable and the shower amazing! Hosts were lovely and quickly responded to any questions, and always helpful. We used their service to pick us up from the airport and back again, which was extremely handy. “Der Check-In war etwas umständlich, was daran lag, dass die Dame kein englisch sprach und ich kein slowakisch. Somit mussten wir uns mittels Übersetzungsapp behelfen. Darüber hinaus, gab es Unstimmigkeiten, über die Anzahl der Gäste. Man ging davon aus, dass ich alleine anreisen würde. Von den Kindern, welche beim Buchungsprozess mit angegeben wurden, wusste man nichts. Dasselbe Problem hatten wir auch bereits im letzten Jahr, nur viel es da nicht ins Gewicht, da es eine kontaktlose Übergabe……
