“Frustrating experience with horrible people”

“Well, wifi service was horrible it too 40 mins. Wait to access our booking, and it took too long before we were allow to our rooms and no funtioning lift for a 6 story building, they are just interested in their money.”

“It is rather amazing that a hotel like Dreamland suites will advertise that it serves free breakfast, only to charge us differently for our breakfast. I am really disappointed. They initially denied even giving us the room claiming not to know Hotel.com. Iam not impressed at all.”
