“The unit we stayed in was very clean, beds comfy. The unit itself is showing some wear and tear but that did NOT affect the cleanliness. The view of the ocean was why i chose to stay here and was not disappointed. The patios of each unit are fairly close and do not lend alot of privacy--not genetally a problem, unless the neighbors decide to get affectionate (if you know what I mean 😀) The pool was clean and offered plenty of seating. I would definitely stay here again.”

“We loved our time at Sea Isle in Key Colony Beach. The condo is well equipped and was comfortable for our family of 4. They have all kinds of stuff for a beach day - chairs, umbrella, cooler, sand toys, pool noodles, etc. The kitchen has all of what you need to cook meals. Was nice to have a couple spices to work with before hitting the grocery store. The beach is nice - during our 2 weeks in June/July, there was a lot of sargassum but there were areas of the water that were still swimmable……

“We enjoyed our stay at this property. Michael, the host, was very accommodating. He truly made us feel welcomed and was attentive to every need. The condo unit was clean and well appointed. I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the mornings looking out over the private beach and pool. I would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the Keys. ”

“The condo was great! Very relaxing atmosphere, nice pool and bar. Phil had everything we needed and then some. There's even 2 fans in the closet which was perfect, because we like to sleep with a fan on. Nestled in a excellent location to everything we planned on doing. We will definitely be returning.”

“Perfect in every way. Perfect if you want to be in the middle of the keys. Location of condo itself is perfect with feeling very private and literally sreps from the water. Beautiful views. Condo was immaculate and had everything you need. Beautiful ,clean pool also steps away from condo. Couldnt have asked for better”

“Key Colony Beach is tucked away just north of Marathon, FL. The neighborhood was very walkable, and there were many locals out for morning and evening walks.The condo itself was clean and well apponted. The beach and pool areas were nice. There was a pogoda with two gas grills available for use, but we cooked in the small kitchen. We enjoyed our stay, and the host was very responsive to communications when our inbound flight got delayed.”

“This condo, located half-way through the Florida Keys, is a great, affordable spot to relax. Though we were looking for a spot right on the beach, this one at least has a balcony off the side with a partial beach view. As it turned out, we were glad to not be right on the beach because the seaweed gets a bit stinky during low tide. Not a problem--we just went to the pool in the afternoon. Truthfully no beach in the keys is seaweed-free, so just enjoy the beautiful views, the amazing blues of the……

“Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys is a fantastic company to rent from. They promptly addressed and resolved all the issues that arose during our stay. It was easy to get in touch with them at any hour, day or night. When I encountered problems with my credit card, they worked with me seamlessly.The rental was a bit more outdated than I had anticipated, but it was clean.
