“My brother my son and three other friends stayed the first five days. Fish bonded had a great time everyone thought the accommodations were great. Second five days my son the rest of my family joined us eight adults for children. Accommodated all of us very well. Pool was great location was very good.”

“The condo was great! Very relaxing atmosphere, nice pool and bar. Phil had everything we needed and then some. There's even 2 fans in the closet which was perfect, because we like to sleep with a fan on. Nestled in a excellent location to everything we planned on doing. We will definitely be returning.”

The boat dock attached to the house was very convenient to let our boats stay in the water for the whole week and the transit to the ocean through the channel was only a couple of minutes and very easy to navigate. Jay was an incredible host. I texted/called him multiple times for questions and he was always willing to help. If I could give this place 1,000 stars I would!!! Definitely would recommend!”
