“5 ***** , top Lage direkt am Nigtmarket, Super sauber und sehr gutes Bett. Aircondition perfekt und ein echt kalter Kühlschrank. TV Programme leider nur Youtube, Liveprogramme vom Balkon direkt auf den Nachtmarkt sind unterhaltsamer. Sehr sichere Unterkunft, bring ruhig Laptop usw mit, eines der sichersten Unterkünfte die ich in Asien erleben durfte. Room wurde täglich gereinigt inclusive neuer Handtücher, könnte man ändern nur bei bedarf. Hauskeeping sowie Rezeption ausgesprochen……

“This location is very far away from the Hoi An city centre...need to ride bicycle for around 10minutes, walk 20minutes above. If u have a short journey in Hoi An, I’ll not suggest to stay here as some of the tour even can’t pick u up here. I’m not lucky to meet a staff who English is really poor and can’t communicate or help us to book travel tour, even though the family here is very nice and kind. We are quite helpless to stay here. The villa is really beautiful and comfortable, have a nice……

“The hotel is located very close to the beach, and the surroundings are pleasant. However, due to the large waves, it is not possible to swim in the sea. The overall English communication skills of the hotel staff are not great, but the service is good, and the environment is clean. It's a bit far from the city center, taking approximately half an hour by taxi to reach Hoi An Ancient Town. Overall, the experience was decent.”

“this is a hotel next to Ancient town in Hoi An. I booked the soul room for 2 nights and 2 hr spa is included (1hr per day). to save time, I have combined 2 hour spa into 1 day. The spa is good. The soul room is large but it is quite noisy as it is close to the main road. And there is a disco/club next to the hotel. you can hear people sing. The breakfast is just ok, not many choice. The service is good. Staff remember your name and need. Overall, it is a good hotel. ”

"Extremely disappointed the hotel not possible providing the advance booked supreme class seaview room type at the first three days, due to the room being occupied by others, though the reception officers keen offering alternate room. Outcome, my family had suffered from staying at a down-graded smaller size seaview room during the first three day and returned to the booked supreme class seaview room only at the last 2 days. Time lost for change rooms leading me quite poor travelling experienced due to hotel not securing their room reservation commitment!!"
