There was a smell in the bathroom that they did not address. I requested to change rooms which they denied to do. Eduardo was great in the restaurant on the beach. Stephanie who runs the adventures was also amazing. Pepper on the retreats amazing and housekeeping was great Breakfast amazing too. Rest of staff was not overly welcoming. Not sure if I would stay here again

We did the all inclusive. Food options are excellent. Staff was friendly and very caring. By the end of the trip they remember you. One breakfast server would leave me a cup to go for my coffee after i asked first two days. Room is comfortable . Lots of pool options. Free umbrella poolside if you get them early. Only downside all the ashtrays are near doorways so always smelling that.

The hotel had adequate facilities but was not up-to-date in re: digital services. There was no business office. The check-in staff was consistently distant and sometimes unhelpful. They were disorganized as if the hotel had just opened. Other staff were friendly and provided very good services. One assistant manager was different in the quality of service and time offered to us. Aruba is a good place to visit; try different hotel.

Holiday inn states that it is a family resort. Not at all. Everything, pool, beach and family area closes at 7pm, earlier if they are hosting a wedding. Nothing to do at the hotel. We had all inclusive, but the restaurants had to turn us away because they were full. We needed reservations to eat our included meals. Meals were good if you could get them at the restaurants. Front desk staff was the rudest of all. They behaved like you putting them out, but it was their job. Washing machines and dryers were broken, and the machines to buy soap were also broken or out of soap. Nothing to do in Aruba because it is not for children. Aruba is very much a grown-up destination. Going out - sex and drugs in all stores and security standing over you every second (everywhere - in the hotel and outside) making it feel unsafe or that they think you are a criminal. The air conditioner was broken and loud. Holiday Inn was run down, just another decade and it will be added to the many, many abandon buildings. Also, bring as much sun block as you can!! It's $30 a can of spray.

We booked a double room and received a King instead and was told because we booked through Expedia it's not guaranteed booking. The room had a bad smell to it. The Jacuzzi wasn't working by the pool area the entire stay. Front desk staff were not very helpful at all. They rejected changing the room, having a late checkout and we had to call for an hour to get a blanket for the sofa bed. The gym has a few equipment and half of them don't work. It is my 2nd time at Holidays Inn and I had a better experience last year than this year.

Felt like a zoo to be honest. Hotel accomodates cruise passengers for a day stays at this facilities causing major delays in bar and restaurant services. It took more than an hour for me to order one beer at pool bar. There is no respect for guests staying at the hotel, starting from check-ins I felt like the receptionist were doing a favor to us. Hotel does not even offer water bottles in room. When asked they said to drink from faucet. Beach towels needs special card that guests will receive during checkins( i didnt had mine and caused lot of issues). Pool area needs more umbrellas, they only had 4-5 in the enitre area. Felt like a scam going to an app to pay for a spot. Food quality for afternoon snacks like fries, mozzarella sticks is extremely cheap, try to avoid it. I liked the staff serving at restaurants, extremely hard working , understands the needs of parents travelling with kids. The room was very outdated and had water leaking out of bathroom. At least it was a clean water so we were ok. I request the management responsible for handing occupancy of this hotel to do a day stay like regular guests to feel the bad experience rest of the guest are feeling and consider 1/ Limiting the occupancy based on what hotel staff could handle to maintain the quality of service, 2/ instruct receptionist staff to spend 2 extra minutes to explain hotel amenities durung check-ins, and 3/ refund my hotel stay if they like this post to make millions. (i know its not going to happen)

Everything was great except the room it didn’t clean for 3 days .when we called to ask why wasn’t clean the response was we should have request for the room to be clean .i don’t think it was nice from the hotel to leave a room not clean for 3 days in the beach area where a lot of sand it’s around .other then that everything was perfect ,food was delicious ,very safe ,easy to walk around

Very pretty property! All includes have variety of choices for food , amazing breakfast. Seabreeze restaurant is perfect, beach view and delicious food. Make sure to make reservations everyday, otherwise you end up eating dinner at 10 pm.

Food was excellent at all locations and staff are friendly at every location we encountered. I would highly recommend this location for its location to all the night life and restaurants. Would recommend the all inclusive package as it is not cheap to eat anywhere and we seemed to make out better with than option. Only complaint was the loud music with heavy bass next door to the holiday inn I’m sure they get a lot of complaints. Overall highly recommend.

1st off just wanna say we had a great time but wanted to point out a few things I wish we knew ahead of time. Food options are good but you cant get anything to eat at the resort after 1030pm. Nothing.not even room service which by the way is NOT included in the all inclusive . If yoy want some food you can .
