This a good hotel for the money. But note, you are not on the beach and the beach the Radison uses is not nice to say the least. It is located where all these fishing boats dock. It smells, the water is not clean, nor clear and they provide about 30 beach chairs for a hotel with 600 guests. Otherwise you have to pay $55 to rent chairs and an umbrella. Would not go back based on the Radisson beach. Eagle Beach is 10 times nicer and water is clear. Also the pools are nice but again about 50 chairs for a hotel of 600 people. Good luck finding a lounge at any pool. Also they are terrible with the towels for the bathroom and the pool. Give you two. You never have enough towels.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and will recommend to all of my friends who travel to Aruba. The look and feel of the hotel is perfect! It is within close proximity to everything you need. The beach is a five minute walk and a short two minute walk to Palm Beach shopping area.

Leyonerdho who check us in,was very helpful and always smiling.And gave us a wine for welcome treat.Peter one of the worker there too,was always on the go and ready to help everybody.Santos also was excellent on his job.All in all the workers there were very accommodating.1 star for the food it’s not that great!The rooms I can’t complain it’s very modern and the best room we ever got.Everything I saw in the picture is what in the actual.Best view too.I highly recommend to everyone.If will be back to Aruba,will definitely staying here again!

This was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Food and drink options were fine. Pricing was consistent with the area. I found the quality of the food to be above average. Location to dining and shopping was perfect. Even with the hotel at 90% capacity, it felt empty. We will stay here again and recommend this resort to all of our friends.

Surprised the property location was very walkable to restaurants and the beach. The hotel did offer shuttle service to the beach but it was a short walk. Plenty of locations for food as well as on the property. The room was very large and quite.

My husband and I recently returned to the island to celebrate two special milestones: our 30th wedding anniversary and his 60th birthday. This was our second time visiting, and we absolutely love the destination. We booked our stay at Renaissance Blu through Expedia, hoping for a smooth and memorable experience—but unfortunately, several issues detracted from our celebration. We were initially checked into Room 206. From the moment we entered, we noticed a strong odor reminiscent of rotten cabbage. At first, we tried to overlook it, as we were mostly out and about and excited about our trip. However, the smell became so overwhelming that it literally woke me from sleep in the middle of the night. It was the kind of odor that lingers in your nostrils and simply couldn’t be ignored. Despite the inconvenience, I must highlight that every staff member we encountered was kind, polite, and professional. The rooftop infinity pool, which is designated for adults only, was a definite highlight—though it’s worth noting that at times, teens were present and monopolizing the lounge chairs, which took away from the adult-only atmosphere. After enduring the odor for too long, we finally requested a room change. At 11 p.m., we were granted a new room along with replacement key bracelets. Unfortunately, no luggage cart or assistance was offered to help with the move. Our only compensation was breakfast vouchers and 180 charges for the rooftop bar bill. Manager ever came to address this.

This hotel is lovely. I would definitely stay here again. The rooms are huge. We had a 3 bedroom 3 and a half bath suite. It had a full kitchen, dinning room and living room. Staff is friendly. The hotel is close walking distance to local shops and dining they also provide a shuttle to the beach however it’s about a 5 minute walk. They also have umbrellas and chairs available on the beach which are first come first served

Nice and well maintained property. Great location within walking distance to the beach malls and restaurants or a short drive away. The pool options were great and I loved that there is a separate adult pool. Breakfast and lunch at The Clover was excellent. The staff were friendly and very helpful especially Dandre and Santos. There were also books available for loan so no need to walk with your own beach reads. My only complaint is that the balcony doors are too difficult to open.
