“I think this place could be very good but it needs some work. Just a few things would make it excellent. My door had to be lifted up to be locked. There were no contact details or Wi-Fi passwords anywhere. I couldn’t get the shower above cold and the bed was REALLY hard. Maybe a few more pics on the wall and some home comforts too. I tried to get the Wi-Fi code my message via Facebook. Both codes they gave me didn’t work. I got Hotels.com to ask but the contact they had didn’t work.……

“The proterty is OK. Not good. Not bad. Given the low price, I can't say much. The room was clean. The location is so-so. (But, to be fair, there isn't a "central" location in NST. So the hotel is as good as any.) As other reviewers have mentioned, the "breakfast" is cheap bread that you can toast. They provide 6 bright colors of sugar gel you can put on your toast. There were also some stale cookies. The place was fine - all things considered. Just nothing special. ”
