“Stayed three nights in this unique cabin surrounded by cornfields and overlooking a beautiful lake with a dock. Coffee in the mornings on the dock listening to the bullfrogs and watching rabbits frolic. Plenty of room in the cabin for a family and each level is very private. The cabin was clean, well-equipped, and better than expected. Debbie and Dennis are great hosts and responded to everything quickly. Also rented the event barn for an anniversary party. I highly recommend the cabin and event……

“It is a beautiful property with eloquent designs inside and masterful built vaulted ceilings in the hearth room. The outdoor and indoor sound system were a hit!”

“We loved this house! It was super cozy and decorated so cute – the highland cow touches everywhere were adorable, and we loved being able to see the cows during our stay. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and the whole place had such a peaceful vibe. It was exactly what we needed for a little getaway. The owner was great at communicating and we would definitely stay here again!”

“We had one little issue with the WiFi because Century Link went down on Sunday so we had no Internet the last three days of our stay. This was not due to the host, however, because she was not aware of the Century Link shut down.”

“My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at this house. It was a cute little house, decorated nicely, with three bedrooms with clean, comfy beds and a kitchen stocked with some essentials, notably coffee. Our host was very gracious and communicative.I would definitely recommend, and the next time I have business in the area, I will be staying here”

“Beautiful, clean, updated home. After already traveling for a week this place actually felt like home. Beds were comfortable, home was spacious, & property was gorgeous. It is away from any stores/conveniences but that wasn’t a problem for us. That being said, cell service & internet worked, but was slow. Just an fyi in case it’s a deal breaker. We really had a nice and relaxing couple of days and we wished we could have stayed longer! If we find ourselves in in this area again we will……

“The house was very nice. It is on the edge of a very small town and so is isolated. My wife and I went birding at Swan Lake for our anniversary and spent the night here. The host was super nice and communication was easy. We were very pleased with our stay. If your looking for an out- of- the- way escape, I would highly recommend this house. On a side note, we had dinner at River Bottoms Brewing Company in Carrollton. I highly recommend it as well. ”
