“Palazzo Leti is in an amazing location, with views that can't be beat. The staff are super nice. The vibe is old world elegance, but not pretentious, just comfortable. We last visited 20 years previously and it hadn't changed much, even though things had obviously been renovated and updated over the years. The only downside is how difficult it is to get to it through the Zona a Traffico Limitato and the very narrow streets. Highly recommended.”

“Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Fabrizio. La maison possède tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer de vacances sereines. La villa est située au milieu d'un panorama magnifique. La vue sur le Mont Sibillini est superbe. L'emplacement de la piscine est top, tout le monde en a bien profité !!Fabrizio est un hôte exceptionnel, il est généreux et plein de bons conseils. “Casa Wales was everything we were hoping for and more. Beautiful, well equipped house, lovely pool area and gardens with lots a space for family games or a quiet spot to sunbathe or read in the shade. Nearby Sarnano became a family favourite outing for our evening aperitivi and gelati, and an early morning cycle ride from there to Sassotetto in the mountains were some of the highlights. “We loved our stay in this beautiful house. It is even bigger and prettier than it looked online and was super clean and well equipped. Worth noting, however, that there staff are present onsite every day so it didn’t feel like we had the place fully to ourselves. There is also only one taxi company so it was tricky to get places without car spaces for the full group.”

“Der Aufenthalt im Bauernhaus war traumhaft schön. Um das Haus herum gibt es viele schöne Orte zum entspannen. Das Pool ist sehr groß und man hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge. Die Kommunikation lief unkompliziert und freundlich. Die Straße zum Haus hinauf ist zu Beginn eine kleine Herausforderung, aber mit ein bisschen Übung hat es gut geklappt.Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden wieder kommen!:)”
