“The staff were excellent. All of them. Superb. The reception area is welcoming. The hotel is centrally located and very clean. I would have liked my complimentary bottle of water to be replaced when the room was cleaned and, with there being so many streets, a local central map would have been useful. These are however minor things. The hotel is excellent, welcoming and i will definitely stay again. ”
