“The apartment itself is nice and big, Mail issue is the lack of A/C. It’s summer, hot, and the ceiling fan isn’t enough. Opening the window, will not help this much at day time and at night will bring u mosquitoes. The apartment was 4th floor with no elevator, hard with the luggage. The location is nice and close to the lake.”

“It was quite loud as the apartment is surrounded by street on the one side and the piazza on the other. It was definitely worth it because we were right in the center of Torbole next to the old harbour with only a short walk to the beach and many restaurants close by. ”

“Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub grundsätzlich sehr genossen - dies ist insbesondere auf die tolle Lage zurückzuführen. Leider ist die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin unbefriedigend - unklare Regeln und vor allem fadenscheinige Zusatzkosten, welche jeglicher Grundlage entbehren. Zum Beispiel Heizkosten welche nicht entstanden sind. Nachweise gab es keine! Der Erholungseffekt ist aber durch den Stress im Nachhinein aufgrund dieser Thematik direkt wieder weg. Wir würden nicht wieder kommen.”

“Part of the problem was us. We are not Italian which complicated things. The unit itself was very clean which was appreciated. It's not luxury, just pretty basic. It was just two of us and if you're planning on using the bunk beds, it's a very tight fit. The unit had almost everything you would need and the kitchen was well equipped except for only two dinner plates and two salad plates. Also, it took a bit of experimenting to figure out how to use the induction stove. And, no microwave. The……
