"The onsens were dated and not well maintained, and the ground floor indoor bath was quite dark and I was almost tripped off at the stair. The entire hotel was very spacious and most areas were clean and nice. But somehow everything felt a bit lacking something compared to most of its peer hotels like the garden maintenance or the staff friendliness/enthusiasm. "

"簡單雅致但物超所值的飯店。離JR高山站走路約5~10分鐘，飯店週遭有便利商店，但餐廳就稍有距離，不算是坐落於最熱鬧的地區。 內部裝潢帶一點極簡風格，房間不大但格局方正，所以並不會感覺侷促；一樓還能選擇枕頭，這點在商務飯店算是比較少見，加分。 而露天溫泉是最讚的亮點，冬天泡很爽！整體來說是一家好飯店，下次來高山我還會選擇這裡入住。 "
