“A last minute getaway exceeded our expectations! We wanted an affordable getaway with peace and quiet as well as the opportunity for daytime hiking and coffee on the patio. This property delivers!Everything was exactly as we needed. We brought a lot of our own food and drink and had plenty of storage and options for cooking/heating things up. It was also so convenient to be able to go to nearby LeRoy to get some items we forgot. If you are not used to well water be sure to bring your own……

“Just wow, we all enjoyed our time. Looks smaller from the street but get inside and it’s huge! Very roomy for 3 adults and 1teen. Coffee maker is the hit. They provided coffee but we brought some too. The driveway can fit easily a mini van, a large four door truck, and had room for one more if needed. The backyard was roomy for our silver lab to run around. Beds were great too. Half bath downstairs and washer dryer was helpful too. Great places to eat and see the campus. We enjoyed our time and……
