“The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. ”

“A good choice for staying in the outskirts of Rouen and conviently located next to a bus stop with 4 stops to the centre and cathedral (less than 20 minutes to travel in) The Hotel is within walking distance to a Food Market Hall offering lots of different choices for meals from French to Italian to Japanese to Indian to African. Underground Parking is available at an additional cost along with City Tax which must be paid locally. Breakfast Buffet in the Hotel was fairly standard for an IBIS……
