“Nice place to stay in Vila Nova de Gaia. Would recommend!”

“Positive: New decoration, very new and clean. Location is great, can reach most attractions on foot. Free parking in the facility is secure and wonderful. Negative: We book the room the same morning we planned to check in. No one was there and no confirmation mail till we asked help from pedestrian to call the manager/owner. Need to reach them by phone or the email response via hotel.com can be 6-12 hours later. The AC can warm up living room but no heater or AC in the bed room so it was a……

If you are a light sleeper be aware of a noisy area and that you can hear everything through the walls. We got used to that after a short time, so it wasn't a big deal for us.
