“We booked this to visit my daughter who was graduating the 2 stars is becaise the place was clean..s few of the towels or wash cloths had hair pieces rolled up in them and the paint is bubbling and chipping off the walls the smoke or carbon minoxide alarms were not in their places on the ceiling we found one sitting in the bathroom mirror cabinet the beds were very hard and the entrance is a winding staircase which isnt an issue until you add the fact that the light switch part you flip up was……

“If you are looking for a comfortable apartment that a recent college grad would kill for, this is the place. Comfy beds, plenty of space, great living room area, cool place for working from "home" or having an epic gaming session! Large TVs. Bathroom was not luxurious but clean and perfectly adequate (if you want to feel like you're at a spa, maybe go somewhere else). Quiet residential area an easy drive to all the local attractions like downtown ovd, the so, etc. The walkable area is quiet……

“What they did with this space is amazing. Snazzy fixtures, well thought out touches of color and modern amenities made the small area very liveable. The location is great for exploring Rhode Island, especially the beautifully scenic eastern shores of the bay, but it's also minutes from Downcity Providence...yes, it's Downcity, not Downtown. There was a festival happening just down the road at the Portuguese Church. We wound up going twice for the food. The neighborhood is clean and quiet and……

“I loved my stay here, we had no problem with the apartment or the neighborhood especially since we stayed during 4th of july weekend. My only issue was the driveway was pretty small and I had underestimated its size which ended up leaving a scratch on my car (this is not the owners fault by any means), I noticed other cars around the neighborhood with similar driveways also had similar scratches on their vehicles as well. This wasn’t a major issue at all just wish it was photographed or listed……
