“The property was good. Some of the bedding in the upstairs activity room had some stains on it, the wine cooler in the kitchen had some damage to it, the floor board in the kitchen by the dishwasher was coming off, the back door handle came off when coming inside (later secured by my husband) and the hot tub had quite a bit of debris in it. I noticed many things that were broken and or damaged and when renting a property I do not want to be billed for pre- existing issues. It made me kind of……
