“Great home and very clean. Great communication w/ property owner. Had to extend our stay because of airport closing due to weather in Eugene. We were on the bottom level so when guest were in the up stairs unit it was a bit loud. (perfect when no one was renting out the upper part) ”

Easy to walk down stairs between neighboring houses to access beach. We stayed in the upper unit (second and third floors). The outdoor space (which is lovely, with a fire pit, chairs, and a separate outdoor seating area) is shared with the guests staying in the first floor unit.
