The over all resort and location is beautiful! The rooms are clean and fresh. I did not like the pool water being so cold and even the hot tub next to the pool was barely warm. Being a hot springs resort, my expectations were higher for the water. Plus there were guests that did not were swim wear, but actual sweat pans and went into the hot tub after going into the sauna. That was gross. To experience actual hot springs water I had to go to the spa and pay additional fee. But the hotel staff and services were great. We enjoyed the location.

Kids running around loud and wild. They cancelled our spa treatment or we had to do a couples massage one after the other even though we pre-booked it. Food was good but service was ok. Dogs barking in different rooms and people hanging out in the hallways all night

When we got to our that was advertised as a King Jacuzzi with mountain view there was no water in the Hot Tub so we had to switch rooms after already settling in. The mountain view is apparently the view of the back of the building which is wooded because there is no mountain. The housekeeping staff was so noisy in the morning in the halls, not to mention the at least 1 inch gap under the room door so you hear absolutely everything. We only stayed 2 nights and housekeeping never came to our room. Fresh towels would have been nice the next day. There is only a mini keurig and a mini fridge but having to switch rooms it was noticed that not all fridges have a freezer. There is one microwave at the end of the hall and considering there restaurant menu is very expensive you need to bring food but there is not a lot of room to keep anything or heat it up. There is one gas station shortly down the road but keep in mind any restaurant or dining in the nearby towns close at 9pm. It was also not disclosed that they are doing lots of renovating so getting woken up to a miter saw was not ideal. I really would have much rather saved the money and stayed at a cheaper hotel considering there is nothing to do here except swim which closes at 10pm and with a jacuzzi in the room we had no need to use the one by the pool. The website advertises Mini Golf but looking at the course that was not an option. We did reserve a massage which while it was good, it was too expensive.

The only thing we liked was the spa soak and wrap! Nothing else! Slow service, super cold pool, dirty water in the pools, non-working showers, non-working cold plunge, dogs allowed everywhere, dirty areas, balcony of the room not swept in ages, restaurant super slow…Terrible place! You should be prepared before you decide to open for guests!!! Just terrible….

We recently stayed at Bonneville Hot Springs Resort and Spa, and it was a fantastic experience. The resort is a hidden gem, nestled in a beautiful area near the Columbia River Gorge. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The spa is a big plus, offering a wonderful way to unwind and relax. We also enjoyed the coffee shop, which served great coffee. What really stood out was how well the resort suits families with kids. Overall, everything about our stay was great, and we'd definitely consider staying here again.

The property is advertised as a spa however, they only have one masseuse and she was booked our entire stay. I reserved the room online with the credit card when we arrived they would not let us pay cash. They charge $45 for a late check out.the bartender, Matthew was amazing best part of our stay probably will not return.

so close to the waterfalls. hiking on the property. Still in soft opening so construction was disturbing at night. Great pool, hot tub, sauna, spa. Beds very comfortable, refrig in room. Beautiful facility! Unfortunately, the pool area was closed when we were there (we were given advance notice of this, and decided to stay anyway). The room rate was excellent compared to nearby hotels that weren’t nearly as nice. Great hiking trails right from the property. The receptionist on duty (Julia) was exceptional. She was doing the job of three people, and was great. I would recommend having another person on duty, at least during busy times to reduce the wait time. But, again, Julia was great!

What an Odd vibe. We understand they are still opening up after being a treatment center but when competing with nearby Skamania Lodge or other hot spring resorts it’s a Such a bummer that the only warm pool is the indoor 105 degree hot tub. The pictures on the website of a steaming outdoor pool are deceptive it was dirty and wasn’t cleaned while we were there, the name “hot springs” is deceiving. If they raised the temp of the large pool temp from 79 to a comfortable 86 we would have happily payed to stay a week and enjoy all the hikes and nature in the area.

The room was great. Clean, clutter free. Hot tub in jacuzzi room was wonderful, though not really a Mountain View. The bar and restaurant leave something to be desired. Restaurant was closed at dinner, after being told it’d be open. Food could be ordered in the bar however. The bar lacked a variety of alcohol and condiments for the drinks so it was difficult to order an enjoyable drink. Overall, the staff was friendly and polite, though not on the same page or misinformed regarding the amenities. We had a wonderful and peaceful visit.

Very nice and beautiful hotel with good amenities, but unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy it. The mineral water in a swimming pool and hot tub was really cold the first day we arrived, we complained to the stuff members, they raised the temperature and few hours later we had just a warm water in jacuzzi, but still very cold swimming pool. Next day we came to swim in the morning and water in jacuzzi was too hot at 113.5 F, so impossible to stay in and the swimming pool was still very cold. The hotel is barely occupied and now we understand the reason for that. People are coming to enjoy the mineral water and have no chance of doing that as the amenities are not being taken care of.

The resort was once a rehab center and they have quite a few things left from that, including an empty nurses station. It made it an uncomfortable experience. The outdoor landscaping seemed to be forgotten. The outdoor hot spring pool was temped at best. The food in the restaurant was average with above average prices, and the wait staff was rude and not professional. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean!
