Spacious and stylish townhouse. This North Charleston townhouse is close to everything Charleston has to offer yet with plenty of space to hang out "at home." Relax in the 1400 sqft 3 BR, 2.5 bath or travel 1 mile to Park Circle, 6.1 m to airport, 6.5 to The Citadel, 6.8 to Riverdogs Stadium, 7.6 to Old Exchange and Provost Dungeon or Rainbow Row, 7.8 to College of Charleston, 8.1 to Four Corners of Law, 8.2 to Credit One Charleston Open, 12 miles to Drayton Hall, 13 to Magnolia Plantation, 14 to Boone Hall Plantation, 16 to Middleton Place and Shipyard Park, 14 to Sullivan's Island, 17 to Folly Beach, 18 to Isle of Palms. Beautiful, well appointed property, in a great location. Well stocked and squeaky clean. Proprietor communication was outstanding. Will be my first choice the next time we visit Charleston.

Location great, house needs some tlc.

Living room furniture needs upgraded.Couch was old and not very comfortable. The 2 chairs were not any better, Stove not level. No outside grill.(picture shows nice grill}. TV was a joke. Could not watch March madness, no cbs, nbc or abc even when we login.over all, great location and we had a good time in Charlestown and will go back next year.

Great townhome on the outskirts of Charleston!

Melody’s home was clean, cozy, and less than 15 minutes to downtown Charleston. Park circle was only 5 minutes away with lots of food and night life options as well. We had everything we could possibly need and felt very comfortable!

Week vacation with BFF

My best friend and I came to Charleston for the Charleston Open tennis tournament. The VRBO was nicely located near shopping and getting to Daniel Island for the matches. The home was neat and clean. Kitchen was nicely supplied with dishes and cookware. Washer and dryer allowed us to limit how much clothes we had to bring. Nice stay. Owner was easy to contact on arrival and departure.

Quiet, Comfortable and Clean

Our stay exceeded our expectations. Melody was a wonderful host. She was very quick to respond and very understanding. Melody allowed us a special request which helped greatly and was very much appreciated. There were 2 adults and 4 teenagers in our group and everyone had plenty of space to themselves. Townhome was in a quiet neighborhood with other families whom were very nice. The gated back yard of the town home was very convenient for animals if you choose to travel with yours. The location was perfect and only 5 minutes to where we needed to be everyday. We would definitely stay here again. Hopefully next year we will be back in Charleston for the same tournament and can stay at Melody’s townhome again. Melody…… thank you for being a great host.
