“When I made the booking, it is a two bedrooms room. However, the design of this room is strange. It has one big door and has two doors on left and right. It just like a two separate rooms. My kids are small and cannot accept this room type. However, I get upgrade for my room type and live in a house that is great. “Since this hotel is my middle point drive from Brisbane to Sydney, so we check in very late, after 9pm. Hotel sent me the message teach me how to take key and parking car before I tell them I will come late. That is thoughtful. I felt sick in next morning, that is the check out time at 10am. I called the staff immediately. The staff is very nice allow us to late check out at 11:30am. Thanks for their help. ”

“This resort really has it all. So much to do for adults and kids. Rooms were good size and nice and quiet. Pool was heated which was fantastic. Down side the parking is extremely tight. The shower in our place was terrible so we all had to share the ensuite but that was manageable. ”

“We stayed in a villa overlooking the garden. Although the property is obvious old it was spotlessly clean with a washing machine in the unit, a large fridge freezer and really well equipped kitchen. We could not ask for anything more from the unit. The staff were lovely and very helpful. If we came to Coffs Harbour again we would definitely stay here. There is a large shopping centre about 1/2 a KM away with a Woolworths and Aldi and many more shops which is very convenient.”
