"When we arrived, Veronica at front desk, said we could only have 2 queen beds although I paid the upgrade price for one king bed. Through her professionalism, after seeing my reservation on my iPhone, she honored the one king bed. It seems Hotels.com is not sending the hotels correct information ..."

"took a three day trip to Buffalo to attend my son's graduation. this place was perfect for us.Nice and clean comfortable four beds.tgree rooms all with tv. i recommend this for anyone looking for a nice quiet place. the owner was very responsive."
