Room was dirty . Drawers had crumbs and other debris in them. Sheets were stained. Mini fridge had multiple spills in it. The pool area was nice. I would not recommend this hotel. I will give the staff at the front desk 10/10 The ladies were welcoming and very helpful

Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the night staff lady, she would be the only reason to return. Property needs some love- needs to be clean throughly and the back patios need to be power washed and blown. Parking lot had mounds of sand from winter. Definitely needs updates- especially the platform beds and carpets.

It was a clean, comfortable stay which I enjoyed. My only complaint was I requested an early check in which they said they could accommodate when I called ahead. Upon arrival they said they knew nothing of it and refused to check me in early. I’ll probably try one of the areas many other hotels and inns on my next, frequent trips, to North Conway.

The bedroom layout type that I reserved was not available when we checked in, so they gave us a room with smaller full-size beds (not comfortable for a family with two teenage boys). They blamed Expedia for offering a room that was already booked. Other than the wrong room/bed size, the breakfast was great all three mornings.

Right when I open the door it had a smell to it. We had to go buy stuff to help with the smell. The chairs where super dirty all in all the room felt gross I will never go there again

The people working are very kind. The continental breakfast was yummy. However, not sure I’d stay here again. There were no towels at the pool. We asked for housekeeping. They made one bed and didn’t take any of the dirty towels or replace towels. The exterior light didn’t work. The interior light was broken along with the floor near the sink was coming up. And we had to beg for face cloths. And they had no hot chocolate which is my kiddos favorite. The WiFi was spotty but they said they were getting a new modem.

We have stayed here before and the experiences were night and day. This time around our room was not as clean as it should be, didn’t smell clean when we walked in. Usually you can smell cleaning products, we did not. It smelt like corn chips. We have young children, to me it was unacceptable to have a room that we paid for, not be cleaned properly. They were short staff. Pool was cloudy and not clear like it was last time. The lady that prepares the complementary breakfast wasn’t the friendliest to say the least. The breakfast was terrible. The first day they didn’t even have enough breakfast to serve. Was told by the lady who works in the kitchen “sorry it was a busy weekend, nothing I can do about it”. Then on another morning, my 4 year old and I walked to the breakfast room to bring back some breakfast to the room because our one year old was very fussy due to him teething, the same lady came up to me and asked “are you planning on taking that back to your room?” I said “yes” she then said “oh they don’t like you doing that anymore, it’s harder for them to clean the rooms”.. I mean seriously? The room wasn’t even clean, and people get take out all the time. How hard is it to clean the room. We were very displeased because like I said we had an amazing time the first time my family stayed here which was a couple years ago. We ended up checking out the night before we were supposed to originally check out. This time around was enough for us to not want to come back.

Staff was extremely rude place was dirty and they didn’t have any rooms available I booked 3 months in advance and drove over 3 hrs to be cussed at and yelled at as well as had to listen to the receptionist talk bad about her coworkers and swear at them as well. Where the housekeeping was of different nationalities she treated them like that and it was wrong and I was extremely disgusted by the way she treated them. Definitely listen to reviews they don’t lie

We stayed in the king size suite. I could sleep in and my husband could get up early go into the other room and not disturb me. Very clean, bed was so comfortable. Continental breakfast had a variety of items.

While the room was clean it was lacking tissues and the bathroom light was dim. The bathroom fan also didn’t work. The WiFi was essentially nonexistent. It didn’t work to actually run anything in the lobby or in our room. The little signal showed up on my iPad but I couldn’t even check my email with it and had to use my mobile hotspot on my cellphone. The location of the inn is very convenient and the bed was comfortable so while I’m not sure I’d stay there again it had a couple of pluses.

I requested two connecting rooms when I booked a month in advance and I wasn’t able to get that once I checked in on the day. So that was extremely frustrating to say the least. I would have paid for one room if that was the case. Cleanliness was one star. It wasn’t vacuumed, one of our lights didn’t work, outlet didn’t work, tv wasn’t plugged in. Just horrible. Front desk guy Dylan was very kind though!

Checking in was a breeze and afternoon staff was nice. When we went to the room my husband found two dirty socks behind the bed and a beer cap on the night and the wall near the back door was peeling. We were willing to look past that because things happen, We had a chance to go to the breakfast for one day but we were told by a lady that worked there that we could not bring breakfast back into the room. Her reasoning was that they were short staff and because of messes it can cause. What my husband and I did not understand was if we're allowed to bring takeout into the room, why would not we not be allowed to take breakfast into the room? My toddler is fairly mobile and I wanted to bring breakfast back in the room so we did not disturb any of the guests eating at the place. So the remaining days we decided to go out for breakfast since we couldn't enjoy the breakfast we had at the hotel where we wanted to eat. The pool was nice.

The hotel is old, the carpets had a bad smell, the rooms don't have much lighting. The days we stayed it seemed that the same person who attended the reception was working other things and I had to wait for someone to come and help me. The breakfast was horrible, I found several damaged foods and the condition was poor. It is definitely not a hotel to stay in for several days, only if you have to stop and sleep and can't find any other options.
