“4 night break with family in half term. Hotel was new when we stayed so everything was fresh and in spoiled by others. Room was great, nice bathroom and lounge area. Kitchen well stocked to do basic cooking in terms of utensils etc. food at the restaurant was a bit lacking in choice, however was very tasty. No complaints here. ”

“Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink.……

“Nice property with plenty of space. We stayed in winter but the deck would obviously be lovely in summer! Parking is available but is tricky and not ideal if you have a van - up a steep ramp and then requires reversing down a narrow lane to get out. Not impossible but not easy! There is parking in the village which was easily accessible when we stayed. ”

“Check in was easy. The entire apartment was beautifully presented and had everything we needed for our stay, it felt very homely which is what we look for when on holiday.Upon arrival there was a mishap with the bed however after a phone call with Ashley it was sorted within 20 minutes. “So pleased I found this property, it was perfect for our NYE break. Local to where we live we get a lot of fireworks & our dogs were able to relax with no noise of fireworks here, it feels really remote, but it’s only a few miles to local shops. We travelled into St Ives & Marazion & St Michael’s Mount just a short drive away, during our stay.The property is very secure, we could let the dogs out in the courtyard knowing they couldn’t escape. “The room was mind blowing, very grand, warm and comfortable. Down side was the toilet, shower cupboard that was a poor retro fit in the corner. Although it was spotlessly clean it was just like a plastic cupboard, not in keeping with the rest of the room. very tacky and small. We had to complain two nights about the noise from the room above. Sounded like a kids party or playground that continued after midnight when enough was enough. The night staff did stop it promptly.
