“Enjoyed our stay at the cottage with the backyard garden when there was sunshine and the cozy couch when it rained. The kitchen was well stocked with great seasonings if planning to cook. Overall, the place worked well for our weekend at the beach. I will note that the cottage was only surface level clean. Could definitely use a deep clean for an extra star or two. ”

“This is the 4th time we have stayed here in less than a year. So cozy, clean, and comfortable and views that are ever changing with the tides. The owner is very quick to respond and so thoughtful. Our happy place.”

“The cottage overall was fine. Nice kitchen setup. Bathroom was okay but the shower was so small that my 6'2" husband was not able to fit. (Picture the movie Elf and when he outgrew the house.)The mattress was so firm that my husband woke with a sore back each morning. The TV never worked and even though there was internet service, phone service for us didn’t exist. I recommend getting cards or board games. ”

“This place was perfect for our family to go clamming. 5 min. from beach, has everything you need including clam shack to process your clams and was great to find a place that excepts dogs! Plus they were super accommodating and nice. We will definitely be back!”

“Our trip started out with our car not starting we went to leave. A neighbor jumped it and we thought it was fine - the battery would recharge during the drive. When we got to the rental and parked, the car died again. I was able to flag down someone who worked for the golf course who said Heather's son had a battery pack. He let us use it to jump the car and after about 30 min, we were able to get it started with the help of the first employee and two guests - a father and son. They were so very……

“We had a great trip. The proximity to the beach is perfect. Accommodations were comfortable and the check-in and check-out process couldn’t have been any better. This was our second time staying at this location and it won’t be our last.”

“This place was a great house on the canal. Was well stocked and just had a cozy feel. Beds were great and loft was perfect for the grandkids. We would definitely like to stay here again.”
