“This gem is in nice quiet neighborhood and is deceptively spacious from its outward appearance. The basement has a fun vintage vibe and the kitchen is nicely updated. “Over all nice place. Had a hiccup with the door code and could not get the downstairs warm. House was very clean and had all the amenities. It was an hour drive to Grand Forks which was totally fine. ”

“Older home with bright updates. Clqaaqean and many personal toucges, amenities. Streets are busy on both sides of the property but with a fan (provided in the unit) running its easy to manage. Nice bedrooms with door locks on each and spacious public areas. Nice dishes, condiments and other items stocked iin the kitchen. ”

“The home was very clean and cozy and had everything we needed along with a small fenced in backyard with a grill. The host was prompt in his replies. The house is also close to downtown Grand Fork, restaurants and UND. ”

“Great place to stay and relax. ”

“This was an excellent property for celebrating our daughter's graduation from college. My wife and I and our two adult sons and girlfriends stayed at the house. There was more than enough space for the six of us. The house was better equipped than any vacation rental we've ever stayed in. We cooked every meal we ate. Everything we needed was in the kitchen and the Blackstone grill was a plus. The backyard was also a great hangout. We would absolutely stay here again!”
