“The apartment is beautifully furnished, clean and comfortable. It is very homely with all the plants and terrariums. The location was great for all we wanted to do and street parking was always easy. Would unhesitatingly stay here again if we plan another visit to Dayton.”

“This location was perfect for us, out in the county but less than 10 minute drive to every place we needed to go to. Extremely clean and quiet area with a large kitchen area and plenty of space to spread out if you want to. Will be staying there again next year when we visit this area to see friends.”

“The Oregon District is a hidden gem with a charming 'old village' feel. The neighborhood was safe, walkable, and full of character—historic streets, funky shops, and excellent restaurants made it a joy to explore. Our VRBO was spotless and perfect for two, with a mid-century modern vibe and all the modern conveniences. Close to everything, this vibrant, quirky area offered the ideal mix of comfort, charm, and convenience. Will be back! ”

“We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully renovated two-bedroom apartment in the heart of downtown Troy, Ohio, right next to the county courthouse. “A great place to stay! The neighborhood was pretty quiet, but there was an occasional loud car that drove by. The stairs are a little steep, but we were able to get up them just fine. There was a humming sound that we noticed mainly at night, but we think that must have just been the AC kicking on. Bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. “Our stay was great! The place looks new and was very clean, very comfortable and easy access. The only thing we didn't like was the bathroom has no outlets to do your hair or anything. They didn't have soap, shampoo or any bath products except softsoap on the sink. Towels were very nice. Didn't really like the parking on the narrow street either but it worked and nothing happened so that was good. Overall, it is a very nice place and I would stay again for sure. ”

“I stayed 2 nights and it was a great experience. The unit is exactly like the pictures and the parking was easy on the street right in front of the house. Check in was very easy. Property located in the historic St. Ann's district and very close to University of Dayton and walking distance to Oregon district. Gretchen was very responsive.
