"Location is convenient with malls, restaurants nearby and just 7 minutes walk to Lavender MRT. Very friendly and helpful staff who answered our inquiries politely. Room is a bit small and needed some renovation to upgrade the hotel. Though there are a few elevators, yet guests are normally have to queue up for taking elevators to their room floors."
