Visit the many local wineries in minutes, and there is plenty else to do nearby, including antiquing, biking, fishing, golf, hiking, shopping, and enjoying small-town amenities in North East. Have breakfast at Butch’s Diner; grab coffee and snacks at the Bean; walk around Gibson Park and the Main Street Shops; and have a delicious dinner at the Skunk & Goat.
Most areas of Erie are a short 25-minute drive. Catch a show at the Warner theater or a AAA ball game at the UPMC Park. Beautiful Presque Isle State Park and the Tom Ridge Environmental Center are reached in 40 minutes. Visit the Chautauqua Institution and Lake.
You will be about an hour and a half from Buffalo, and under 2 hours to Niagara Falls, Canada; 2 hours 15 minutes from Pittsburgh; and 1 hour and 45 minutes from the Rock ‘n Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, OH.
