“Pristine and Gorgeous. Words can’t describe once u stay there”

“Cheerful and well appointed cottage just steps from a beautiful beach. We also enjoyed walking to Main Street Hyannis with its fun shops and delicious array of restaurants. Steve, our host, was very attentive and checkin in to make sure we had everything we needed. Would love to go again to this property.”

“It was great, clean, with beautiful views from both decks. The upstairs/downstairs layout was challenging for us old ladies but the upper deck was our favorite place to sit!”

“We stayed in the 2-bedroom condo and it was lovely! Just the right amount of space for a family of 4. The condo was very clean and spacious. Property was conveniently located right across the road from the beach. My only complaint would be that perhaps the mattress (or mattress pad) could be replaced as it was a little dipped down in the middle)... but otherwise, loved this property!”

“There were times when the shower in the master bathroom only emitted cold water. The water spigot in the tubs would not turn completely off in bathroom in the hallway. I had trouble with the lockbox. Maybe add more specific directions. It would have been helpful to know that MV transit bus was available at the intersection of the street and County Road.”

“We loved the view from all the windows in the house. Very open layout. Kitchen is well stocked. We really liked East Falmouth downtown. Lots of cute shops and restaurants - a little something for everyone. ”

“House needs some TLC! Lots of potential! Would have been nice to have a welcome binder with instructions on the home. Was disappointing from the listing. Not all expected equipment worked in the house. Curb appeal was poor and could be greatly improved with painting front door and a good day of landscaping. Cleanliness could have been better!”

“We loved everything about the place, waking up to morning sunrises over cape cod bay, the house was clean and bed was comfy, location was great as it was great home base for us to explore Plymouth, Lexington, Concord, Boston, Nantucket, Martha Vineyard, Cape Cod. Located one mile from Grocery, CVS, Restaurants and Gas station and easy to get on main highways within 3 miles. ”

“Perfect getaway”

“What a charming old house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the host Ed couldn't have been nicer and greeted us as we arrived. He showed us around and told us about the house. The location was perfect for us to visit our son who is working in the area. House was super clean and our two small under 20lb. (noisy) dogs were welcome. The dresser in the bedroom is the same antique dresser I have at home!! I would stay again. We had fun watching the wild turkeys that were nearby. Thanks again Ed.”
