A kitchen that is outfitted for your to create those culinary masterpieces that everyone can enjoy... with a wide variety of small appliances and cooking aids for all levels.
The pool is a volley-ball style with the deep end in the middle... lots of seating indoors and out.
This home is situated on a flag lot, with an acre of mature trees, grass to play on and waterfront.

A great, walkable, quiet neighborhood • Yacht Club Colony, where the residents are friendly and mostly- retired.
Convenient to Fort Meyers, Cape Coral and I-75.

Getting around the neighborhood is best by walking, biking, or golf cart.
Our house manual will be provided up to 7 days before arrival.
Please share the guidebook with all guests who will be at the property.

Wonderful family time at The Bridge Escape

The Bridge Escape was ideal for our multi-family group to stay at while attending a wedding in town. There was plenty of space between the bedrooms and ample sitting areas, nobody felt crowded. The property is huge and beautiful, and we made use of the dock as well. The kitchen & butlers pantry is very well stocked. The bunk room was a nice bonus too for the kids staying with us. I would definitely recommend The Bridge Escape to anyone looking for a lovely retreat. looking

Great house! Well positioned close to downtown, cul-de-sac with large private yard, every bedroom has its own bath. Well apportioned kitchen, pool, screened patio, really checked all the boxes for us! Thank you both.
