“The perfect spot for our niece’s wedding weekend.The property is spacious and well appointed. Close to everything but still feels private. Comfortable beds and sitting areas. The pool was amazing and a great spot to relax between wedding events. We had 7 adults stay there was plenty of room for everyone. Dave is a great host. Questions were answered right away. Look forward to a return trip for the next Southampton wedding!”

“This cottage really does feel right out of fairytale and the surrounding gardens are exquisitely manicured with beautiful statues and inviting chaise lounges, you can’t help but to relax. The homeowners are super friendly and kind and have thought of every detail in the cottage, including Q-tips and cotton balls, make up washcloths, a selection of coffees and teas. Oh, and the location is unbeatable. It’s a short walk into Bridgehampton and all the best beaches are a 10 minute drive, if that. I……

The house was spotless and private, the pool was gorgeous, and the location was perfect — close enough to the towns when we wanted to explore, but peaceful when we wanted to relax. “Staying at the Montauk Manor has been a favorite place of ours for many years. We have stayed in many of the different rooms. This time was excellent as well and we would highly recommend staying with Nancy. It was clean and it was nice that there was paper towels... tin foil etc available (its the small things). Will be back.”
