“My husband and I were in Athens for the Athens Comedy Festival and Jason's attic apartment was a perfect place to rest between activities. Quiet, clean, with all the amenities I needed and plenty of space for 2 adults to relax. It's walkable to lovely little coffee places and restaurants, and a very short drive downtown. Check in and check out were easy and Jason was very communicative. I highly recommend staying here!”

“I stayed here for 8 days in April 2025. It was overall a pleasant stay, quiet neighborhood, nearly exactly what I needed, although... The first issue was the entry/exit from the gravel parking area and the street. There was only one precise diagonal angle I could travel with my car (a 2024 Nissan Sentra) to avoid bottoming out, due to steep angles and potholes in the gravel. The unit seems to be a finished basement in an old home (about 80 years old?), but with more windows and ground-level……

“We were in Athens for a recruiting visit with Georgia Football. We opted for a VRBO instead of a hotel, and glad we did because this property was very clean and comfortable. “This home/apartment was perfect for my family! My mother is mobility challenged and had no problems with lovely apartment. Everything was on the first floor, no steps. The area was large and super clean! We loved how close we were to Athens/UGA. Super market and dining is within steps. The family enjoyed the pool and game room at the club house. Communication was clear and pleasant. This is a wonderful, modern and spacious home that gives everyone plenty of room. My family will be back……
