“You get what you pay for…it would be okay for a one night stay. The WiFi is weak, not regular hot water, but the room was relatively clean. The staff tries to be helpful. Great location to good food around the area. Easily walk to Taj Mahal or a short ride away. ”

“This hotel advertised two king size beds in their suite. When we arrived there was a single double bed. I called expedia who stated the transaction was already completed but they would speak to the property. The property denied that they ever offered a king size bed despite the confirmation email clearly stipulating the king size beds. They refused to offer any compensation or upgrade when confronted with the email. Thankfully, expedia provided us with some compensation. Great work by the……

"We request 2 twin beds with a smoking room, but when we check in, the staff tell us the twin bed don’t have smoking room. Then why we can choose twin bed with smoking room? I don’t know the problem is from the staff or expedia, and the answer is the same from the staff. Ok then, doesn’t matter the problem from ibis or Expedia, you should correct your option anyway from the situation like this. Hope this comment can let the one come after to know the situation. In the future , I won’t choose ibis again, since the staff answer is keep looping…looping…"
