“明明已經付款，到酒店後，找不到我的訂單!名字，訂單號碼，Expedia 的收據，都給酒店前臺，還是沒找到。在大廳等了超過半小時，前臺說還是沒找到，所以先安排我們上房間休息。所以有經驗的前臺，為酒店服務處理問題時，還好!”

“We borrowed a hair dryer from the hotel. The staff did not tell us to return immdtly when we borrowed it. But, the next day morning, hotel staff called us at 7:00 a.m. to get back the hair dryer. His call waked me up. It made us not happy. Towels and bedsheets have dirty mark. When we are having a shower, water comes out of the shower tub.”
