“Definetely make sure that you book one of the upper rooms, not the ones that are on the base level next to rececption. They have no balkony, no view, only a small window and are very dark inside. The upper rooms have a nice view, are brighter, private balcony and they are a bit better equiped. The woman that is at the reception most of the time does not speak any english, which made communication difficult at some time, because she had to phone her husband. Apart from that i had a nice stay.”

“What a terrific place. About 6-8 beautiful apartments, each with a different defining feature (giant balcony with Jacuzzi, plunge pool, etc). The host, Eirini, is really great. She’s available on the phone or text at any time and is incredibly helpful. She brought us wonderful Greek pastries every morning. The place is a little further from town than some other hotels. But it’s only a 15 minute walk or 4 minute ride. And the area is very quiet and picturesque. There aren’t too many reviews……

“We had a wonderful stay at Amaryllis Hotel. This hotel exceeded our expectations, clean, spacious, comfortable, good breakfast and easy parking. The owner, Mr Ianni was amazing and beyond helpful. Our bags we lost by the airline and Mr Ianni pulled out all stops in communicating with the airline to find them and have them returned to us - he even offered to collect them from drop off point in another town. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return there when we next visit……

La maison est très agréable, merveilleusement aménagée, et la terrasse au dehors offre un magnifique point de vue sur une végétation luxuriante. Une petite route en lacets conduit à ce petit nid caché dans la verdure, avec de magnifiques vues sur la montagne et la partie bord de mer de Tyros. Un peu chaud en cette fin juillet et début du mois d'août.”

“Very easy to deal with and lovely stay at the unique property. It's located in a lovely part of Greece with the nearby town having loads of great shops and restaurants. The property was clean, well maintained and had loads of space for people to do their own thing. Well equipped to cater for yourself and some of the restaurants also did delivery. Couple of points: Mattresses are quite firm, some toppers available would be good. There was a couple of bedrooms listed that were not either available……
