Nancy had a nice bottle of wine for us upon our arrival. We walked the property and farm one day and spent some time in the town of Delaware. “This property was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 young children. Hosts were very accommodating and excellent with communication. There were plenty of toys for our kids to play with. The kitchen is wonderful and very clean. Although a little cold in the winter, there are plenty of space heaters to keep it comfortable. We definitely plan to stay here again when in town. Check in and out was very easy as well. This is perfectly as advertised. ”
